Have you heard of the PHIT Act? The Personal Health Investment Today

In 2018, a bill introduced to the House aimed to address the lack of resources regarding physical activity access. It passed but was held up in Congress till 2023. The concept of "Fitness is Medicine" continues to gain traction. This bill, PHIT Act, would allow individuals to allocate FSA/HSA funds of up to $1,000 (individuals) or $2,000 (family) annually for fitness related expenses: gym memberships, exercise equipment, classes and even sports programs.
